Shipping Policy
All in-stock items (not custom orders) are shipped within 72 hours of receipt of order. Note: Sandhill Quilting does not ship on weekends or holidays. We can provide truckload delivery service. Customer pickups are available from 7 am to 2:30 pm. Monday through Friday. After hours and weekend pickups are available upon request. All LTL shipments are poly bagged unless otherwise requested. A request for boxing will require added charges. Freight estimates will be given upon request. Freight quotes may take a little longer to process because we have to send the order through the shipping process to get the actual cost.
Sandhill strives to save customers as much money as possible on shipping by requesting 3 freight quotes. We do not add charges to freight, we are committed to shipping to you at our cost. We believe that this is the only way to keep our customers satisfied and re-ordering with us. That is why we are constantly working with the trucking carriers to get the best discount possible.
Return Policy
Sandhill Quilting stands behind our guarantee. We will gladly take back any orders that do not meet your requirements within 30 days of your purchase, with the exception of custom orders, which are non-refundable. If you wish to return your order please call our customer service or your sales representative and make arrangements for the return.
