SANDHILL'S QUALITY CONTROL PROCEDURES

1.    Our quality begins with a team management style for our production and material

        handling employees. Each group is divided into separate departments. Each department

        has a direct input into their working environment, layout and quality control.

        A.    Each manufacturing department is a separate team with set goals for production

                with minimum quality standards.

                1.)    Every manufacturing employee is bar-coded to confirm his continued quality

                        and production (I.E. different colored thread for sewers, quilters and binders).

                2.)    How each manufacturing team member achieves their goals is the basis for

                        their production wage.

        B.    The material handler employees are also divided into teams.

                1.)    Each team employee is trained as an inspectors with set duties on the production line.

                2.)    Their salary is based on two factors: a set production requirement and how well

                        they work with Quality Control.

2.    Our plant is divided into twelve teams, department, and or inspection stations.
